School Still Open.....Bummer

When we went to bed Sunday March 8th there was no snow anywhere and this is what we woke up to. By 11am there was 11 inches of snow and it snowed 1 inch an hour till 3pm. I started snow blowing and it took me 2 hours to clear my drive way and the side walks. Since I am not a good with the snow blower as Wayne is, it takes me longer. I wanted to clear the snow for him cause he had been out it the snow all day. The final snow total for day was 20 inches. Man that is plenty enough for me. I just took some pics of the boys playing and the dog even had a hard time getting around.

This is Sprinkles our dog. She couldn't walk through the snow. She just hops like a deer. It is the funniest thing to see.

This is Tanner, Matthew, Dakota, and Tyler in the back yard. We have 1/2 acre and they were way in the back so I had to get close to them to get this picture. I had to go in the house after this cause I was COLD!!!!!

Here is the mail boxes. If this is what Wayne had to deal with all day then I am sorry. His gloves only cover his hands he still needs to use his fingers to sort through the mail.

K, well the only reason I took a picture of our home is cause now I know I am not crazy. Look I still have some, not all, but some of my Christmas decoration up. Just the garland. So now it feels like Christmas again. Wayne has been telling me to take them down for a while and I will before the birthday party on Sunday but I may just plug in the lights to be festive for a day or so.

When I got home from work I could not make it up the drive way. You can see it goes up to Tanner's thighs. I had to park in the street and start clearing the driveway cause there was no way my little car was going to make it to the garage. The good thing about this snow storm was that it was powder so it was very light. But it's MARCH let's bring on the Sunshine. I know I live in Cache Valley and we get snow until June but I am ready for Spring. I just couldn't believe they still had SCHOOL!!!!!! I guess I just wanted to stay home from work with the kids.
